Wedding jewellery has evolved massively over the years. What were once plain, traditional bands, are now stone set, shaped, or even patterned bands.
It is important to speak with your partner to see if you would both like matching bands, or whether you would like to choose your own personal style of ring.
Here at Martin Wilkinson Jewellers, anything is possible. Over the years, we have seen thousands of different styles and we are still being amazed at the options our customers are choosing for their special day.
We have a number of different suppliers that step up to the mark when we are looking for bespoke pieces or something more traditional.
Clogau Gold of Wales offer a Celtic twist on the traditional wedding band that is becoming ever popular among our customers. With an addition of rare Welsh Gold from the Clogau St. David’s mine in Snowdonia that has the distinctive rose gold colour.
For a more traditional band, our partners at Wedds and Co. offer the best quality diamonds and metals.
You can tweak your plain wedding band by adding a mill grain edge or a chamfered edge.
Alternatively, you can add stones along your wedding band, offered in different settings as seen below, or alternatively, you can have them set either halfway around or fully around the band.
Here are a few top tips on finding your perfect wedding band:
